There is a breathalyzer in a bar/club and people have the option to breath into it and then a video/lighting/music will play according to the drunkeness of the person.
create an alcohol based enviroment which measures different peoples drunkenness and then omit a video for each level of drunkeness
alcohol can be enjoyable but also very controlling.
